• 16/6/06 EasyReader Closes Deal in Malaysia

EasyReader Education Ltd. announces that it has closed a deal with the Malaysian Ministry of Education for the purchase of its award winning Fonty Software. Fonty enables students learning English to become automatic readers in only 15 hours, using its revolutionary voice recognition technology.

The sale will be handled through Novelco, a major local software integrator. This sale is an important step in Fonty’s penetration into the Far East.

• In September 6, 2005, a distribution agreement was signed with Academic Superstore of Austin, TX.

• In November 15, 2005, Easyreader signed an agreement with Bridge Atlantik Ltd. for the distribution on Fonty in Switzerland and South Germany.

• In July 26, 2005, a distribution agreement was signed between Easyreader Education Ltd. and Rocky Mountain Learning Systems of Parker, Colorado.

• In May 26, 2005, a distribution agreement was signed between Easyreader Education Ltd. and Enablemart of Vancouver, WA.

• In February 07, 2005 Easyreader Education Ltd. signed a distribution agreement with WebWhile Inc. from Newtown, Pa., USA, for the promotion of Easyreader's products.  In addition, WebWhile was granted the rights to conduct all online transactions.
